Plumbing service. Sump pump replacement call. Install a new cast iron sump pump. Install new check valve.
Plumbing repair. Customer has a Moen tub faucet. Tub valve has a bad cartridge. Install a new Delta tub and shower valve.
Furnace repair call. Customer has a 25 year old Carrier furnace. Found a crack in heat exchanger. We will install a Goodman high efficient furnace. If your furnace looks like this. Have it inspected, or replaced.
Furnace repair. 8 year old Luxaire furnace. System would not turn on. Inspect furnace. Replace pressure switch on Luxaire model FL9C060B12uP11A.
